- Oversee the container business in Nhava Sheva. Manage and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for enhanced business support.
- Gather market intelligence on moving freight, new services.
- Maintain existing accounts, and develop new account pipeline.
- Establish and achieve close level of customer support through regular communication and sales visits to develop in depth business relationship and promote Legends brand name.
- Establish good relationship with main line carriers / feeder operators to secure preferable slot cost and space.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by head quarter (Legend Container Line).
- 8 years experience in commercial with a proven track record in having good contact with direct shipper.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to influence without authority, lead, and coach others.
- Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and across ranks.
- Able to draw insight from data analysis and market intelligence.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft excel and ppt.
