Job Description
System Administration :
- Manage and maintain the organization's internal systems, including servers (on-prem/Cloud), databases, operating systems, applications, PABX/VOIP, Output Management and Mobile Devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components, ensuring compatibility and adherence to security standards.
- Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and implement proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
Technical Support :
- Provide technical assistance to employees experiencing software, hardware, or network-related issues, both in-person and remotely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Respond promptly to support requests, escalate complex issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Create and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides, to assist employees with common technical issues.
User Account Management :
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for various systems and applications.
- Monitor user activity, address security concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct user training sessions to promote awareness and efficient use of internal systems and tools.
System Upgrades and Maintenance :
- Coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, and updates in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as performance tuning, security hardening, and capacity planning.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and security.
Collaboration and Project Support :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, to support technologyrelated projects, initiatives and solutions in general.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new software, hardware, and technology solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with governance and compliance (PDPA, ERM, etc).
- To be part of the overall company’s Digital Transformation Journey.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher NITEC in IT, Computer Science with 1 year of working experience.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
