Job Description

1. Responsible for following and understanding all Legend’s policies and procedures.
2. Responsible for understanding and having a working knowledge of all areas in accounting and being able to assist or cover a position if needed.
3. Ensure compliance of the accounting policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness to support critical business needs and recommend procedure as and when needed.
4. Assist Financial Controller (FC) on the compilation of the yearly budget.
5. Support FC on various divisions month end and yearend financial reporting submission.
6. Provide guidance and support to the various Finance team to ensure the financial operation is delivered according to guidelines and timeliness.
7. Support FC on monthly reporting analysis and offer insights and/or recommendations on how to improve financial performance.
8. Support FC on the financial projections and forecast and reporting to stakeholders.
9. Assist in developing work plan and schedule to meet company financial goals.
10. Responsible for performing any controller tasks during his absence.
11. Responsible for performing any additional duties assigned by the controller and assisting in all areas of Finance as needed.
12. Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities of the Group .
13. Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
