Senior Sales Executive


Job Responsibilities

  1. Help to manage current customer accounts.
  2. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  3. Closes sales deals to acquire new shipping customers and serve the needs of existing shipping customers.
  4. Promote, monitor, and engage employees to exceed metrics and organizational goals.
  5. Expand and cultivate the Company’s carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships.
  6. Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives.
  7. Hold specific knowledge regarding international and domestic freight forwarding, gateway operations, and staying current on market trends.
  8. Ability to independently develop new business opportunities outside of the Company’s network of customers.
  9. Ability to effectively communicate, maintain relationships and negotiate with customers.
  10. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  1. 3-5 Years sales experience in International and Local Freight Forwarding.
  2. Posses own car & valid driving license.
