Celebrating Legend Group’s 10th Anniversary - a message from the Group CEO

I am extremely proud to be marking Legend Group's 10th Anniversary this year.

As we celebrate this significant milestone, we reflect on how Legend has evolved over the past decade.

Founded in 2012 as a domestic freight forwarder, Legend has since grown into a global integrated specialised logistics provider. Throughout the years, we have accelerated our growth by diversifying our services and expanding our reach into new regions and niche markets to provide clients with reliable, cost-effective and one-stop logistics solutions through our 4 business segments: Legend Tank, Legend Carrier, Legend Specialised and Legend Global.

• Legend Tank has steadily grown its fleet of tank containers making us now one of the largest tank container operators in Asia.
• Operating on a hub-and-spoke mode, Legend Carrier offers breakbulk and marine logistics, dedicated liner and regional feeder services in emerging markets.
• To build up a strong track record and reputation in Specialised Logistics, we strategically established our Specialised Trucking business in Australia in 2018 and Yacht Transport division in USA in 2021.
• Overseas expansion has always been one of our top agenda as it's critical to our growth. Today, we have expanded our footprints into four continents, operating in 12 countries with 15 regional offices and over 400 employees. Legend Global represents our Tank, Carrier and Specialised Logistics divisions and provides a broad range of value-added services that enable us to deliver a fully integrated logistics solution.

I am immensely proud of what we have achieved over the past ten years and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our dedicated employees, customers, investors and business partners for their support and trust in us. We would not have been able to reach this milestone without you.

Looking ahead, we will continue to explore new growth areas and invest in new capabilities and technologies to serve a broader clientele from various industries and ensure we remain at the forefront of the logistics industry.

I am confident that Legend will continue to build upon its success with a stronger commitment and a more sustainable and innovative approach in the years to come.
