Legend Carrier Group completes acquisition of IG Logistics Group

Legend Logistics Limited and its subsidiaries (collectively “Legend Logistics Group”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Legend Carrier Group Pte Ltd ("Legend Carrier Group") has acquired 100% of iG Logistics Group ("iG").

Founded in 2013, iG is a provider of logistics and marineservices. With its own fleet of marine vessels, iG offers feeder shipping and transportation services particularly to the out-ports of Batam and Bintan in Indonesia and other ports in ASEAN. Together with its logistics strength, iG provides multi-modal logistics solutions and door-to-doorlogistics services to various industries.

Through this acquisition, Legend Carrier Group will be able to provide its customers with an integrated logistics platform and increase its capabilities to deliver customised multi-modal logistics solutions encompassing marine logistics and chartering services, container liner and feeder services, liquid bulk in ISO Tanks, land transportation, automotive logistics, warehousing,global freight management / forwarding and agency support services, with strategic focus on Sumatra and Riau Islands (Batam, Bintan and Bangka) in Indonesia, ports in ASEAN and in the Far East connecting to ports in Bay of Bengal, Indian Sub-Continent and Arabian Gulf.
